Piles help!

I am 22 weeks pregnant and suffering badly from piles. Baths and heat provide some relief but still painful. I went to see pharmacist today and was told I could not use any creams etc as not recommended during pregnancy. Any one got any ideas what else I can try?

I’ve used the germoloids cream! My midwife told me it’s safe to use in pregnancy and it’s printed on the box too

Same as @Cdoc , use germaloids! My midwife and GP said it’s fine.
