38 going on 39- Have I left it too late?

Hiya guys
just joined up now and trying this out as I have some concerns. I’m 38 going on 39 in a few months and me&the hub just decided to start trying for a baby. This is my first cycle trying and currently at 10dpo still testing negative. I’m just wondering have I left it too late for kids? I’m due on next week and we gave it everything on our first time from ovulation test, vitamins months prior, multiple times and it seems not to have had an effect so far. Maybe I am just being impatient but wondering how many cycles anyone older has tried naturally and had success? Any advice welcome!

I was in holiday for a fortnight before, so very relaxed (I think this makes a difference, having spoken anecdotally to friends), used an ovulation tracker, and did a shoulder stand after DTD for a few minutes after! Fell first time at 41. Good luck to you. 💐🍀
