So I posted a week ago was at the time current abroad was testing literally 3 times a day getting positives 3 different brands varying in faint to not so faint had nausea and sore sore boobs and nipples

Was about 5 days over due period went to hospital out here was awful however bloods said negative tests now say faint faint line I'm completely devastated even though I wasn't trying I'm so upset and want to cry

My reason for going to hosp is had blood that seemed bright red nothing that would fill a pad only when wiping and then went to brown and small small clot I would now be 2 weeks over due period I feel silly for being so upset will it even happen ?

It will happen, it's 'just' a false start. I had a chemical pregnancy many years ago, after a year of trying and remember how hard it was. I started bleeding at 7 weeks so 3 weeks over, on Christmas day! And I remember how hard is was trying to look cheerful for Christmas, surrounded by people with babies and being told it was 'only' a chemical pregnancy as if it hadn't even been real.

I now have 3 teenagers! Be kind to yourself for a few weeks, do some nice relaxing things that you enjoy, then get back on the horse! There are no guarantees, of course, but your body has been through it now. I was pregnant with my eldest 3m later. X

@Rainbowglittersparkle I'm really sorry to hear you're feeling so sad. I had a chemical pregnancy the beginning of January and it broke my heart. It made me even more so want to be pregnant again. I'm currently testing again for this cycle and I keep getting bfn and it's disheartening but I believe it'll happen soon enough and I'm sure it'll be the same for you. I know the feeling where you want it more than anything. Try and be kind to yourself x

@Rainbowglittersparkle it’s so disappointing when you have a chemical. I had 2 in a row last year (October and November) but I tested positive again in December and I’m now 11 weeks pregnant. I thought it wouldn’t happen for me either, especially after the second one. It will happen though 😊

I bled quite heavy on day 1 then it got lighter but I still had light bleeding until day 6.
Are your tests completely negative?

allgoodthings84 · 04/02/2023 09:49

I started with spotting then the following day it was like a normal period. On day 3 it was so heavy I could feel it coming out constantly but then went back to like a normal period and lasted 6 days including the spotting day. My periods are usually 5 days. Everyone is different though

This is the strange thing tests negative clear blue digi and the plus sign one too both negative this morning :( but it's soooooo strange this is the lightest bleed I've ever had! Just been a light bleed now (Saturday) since Wednesday xxx sorry to all who have gone through this it's awful xxx
