If you have sex on in the early hours of Monday 23rd January, how likely are you to have a positive pregnancy test on Thursday 5th January?

I have a positive pregnancy test stating 1-2 weeks.

That doesn't make sense-Do you have you're dates wrong?

Yes sorry I should have said Thursday 26th Jan?

That would not be possible.

If you ovulated on 23rd the earliest you'd expect to get a positive pregnancy test would be 30th Jan, but most wouldn't get a positive until around today. And really you would want to wait until 6th Feb to be sure.

I ovulated around 2 weeks earlier. So would you say it was off that occasion?

If you conceived on the 23rd then a positive test today would be entirely possible (10dpo).
26th not as likely... so depends what dates you mean. I'm not sure if 5th January was a typo, guessing so!

But if your test says positive then you're pregnant?
