I wouldn't be relying on that photo as a positive when the test has been tampered with.

Retest but don't take it apart. If it looked like that why take it apart. That test is invalid

I agree with PP that the test is unreliable. Did the line come up in the time frame? Does it have colour? (Looks like it could be a evap). Where in your cycle are you? When did you ovulate (if you know)? How long is your cycle? How many dpo?

If its a frer mine looked simlar for my second baby i was 13dpo supposely. But soon got darker

If it's faint it's usually a positive. Mine always start very very faint and get darker with the coming weeks

When was AF due. Do you know when you ovulated ?
