Pain?

Hi,

I'm currently 5 weeks with my first. I'm having a lot of aches and pains. Today it almost feels like I've got a low-level food poisoning, a sort low level belly ache. Sometimes it's a bit sharper, or stronger.

Can anyone more experienced than me give any reassurance?

Congratulations! I had period cramps for a few weeks after I got my BFP, do they feel like period cramps slightly? I also had bloating so that caused stomach pain and also lower back pain. Hope you're okay x
