Birthing

I teared and had a cut for first baby and got stitches and a blood transfusion. I remember feeling absolutely dreadful for ages and I want to have baby number 2. I was just wondering, do you think I'd have to have a blood transfusion again and do you think I'd have a cut and tear again? I know you can't predict the future, just wanted to see what other people experiences were.
I am thinking of having a c section

I had a second degree tear with my first. Lost a lot of blood, had an infection.

with my second baby I had an amazing birth, had a water birth and just had and air, was very quick, pushed the head and body out in one big push and only had a very mild graze.
