Positive test or evap line?

Hello,

does this look like a positive pregnancy test? Taken first thing this morning, plan on taking another one tomorrow morning
I had a coil fitted on the 15/12/22 and this fell out around new years so there is a chance I could be but I did have a heavy bleed from 24/12 until the coil fell out and then bleeding settled within hours! TIA x

Did it show up in the timeframe? It does look positive

Looks positive to me, sorry if this isn’t what you are wanting

It showed up within a minute or so! @Duckduckgooseagain I don’t mind either way! It’s definitely a shock, I have a 21 month old too but had hyperemisis with my last pregnancy which started around week 5 so hoping I don’t get that again 😫

This was the test within a minute of taking the test, the picture in the original post is a couple of hours old

@Jaysworld another HG mumma here. Get onto the pregnancy sickness support org asap and get a plan in place. You need to advocate for yourself and it’s harder with a little one in tow. The support group on mums net is also good. Pop to home bargins and make some easy activities now for little one that you can grab and go. Same advice for food, grab and go food without smells will be needed.

You can start meds now to try and avoid the HG reaching a peak, I would get some in regardless and push the doctor.

@Duckduckgooseagain its awful isn’t it! Thank you so much for the advice, I will definitely be doing all that over the next few days if I get a second positive before it all kicks in again, I’ll have a look at the support group too and speak to the GP, I remember with my last pregnancy I lived on mumsnet getting all the advice I could!x
