I'm 18 weeks and really struggling.
I've got HG, which I'm glad to say takes a day on and day off with sickness now.
I'm also still exhausted, probably cos I've really bad insomnia at night.

Does anyone have any tips? I want to enjoy the pregnancy but I just can't

Have you managed to have a chat with your GP about trying some medication to help with the sickness?

Have you been admitted to EPU?
Once I was in for a few days with the drip and meds it's took about 3 weeks and then I started to feel more human.
HG is the worst.

Yep I'm on two different medications now. Some days are better than others but every day is a struggle with the tiredness.

For me the tiredness didn't stop, I guess you have nothing left in you.
Some meds can make it worse :/
Hope you feel better soon x

Honestly, I would stop trying to enjoy the pregnancy and just do what you can.. I kept waiting for the sickness to pass to feel happy and let it all sink in etc.. It never passed and I had to make my peace with it right at the end, that it had actually just been really hard for the whole nine months and I did the best I could... I hope it passes sooner for you but in case it doesn't know it will be gone eventually and then you can enjoy whatever stage you're at then :-)
