Hi,
My 15kg toddler just pounced on my belly with so much force. I'm 22 weeks pregnant and now just so worried- especially because my placenta is on the front and I'm paranoid about damaging it. Do you think I'll be ok? Should I get it checked out?

Your baby is very protected in your belly. You should contact your midwife or dr if you have pain or bleeding.
But I bet you are just fine.😊

Did it hurt? Call your maternity unit if you are rhesus negative(your blood group is negative) im pretty sure baby will be well protected in there

I really wouldn’t worry, babies are pretty well cocooned in wombs

Mumdiva99 · 28/01/2023 18:43

Same as above. Unless you are experiencing unusual pain or bleeding I'm sure you are fine.

Tell your midwife but also remember that babies have been coming for millennia while we were dealing with many bouncy toddlers. Smile
