I'm 19 weeks and recently been experiencing a lot of eye strain, twitchy eyes, headaches especially in the evenings, I know these things can be linked the preeclampsia, do you recon I'm worried for nothing or can you understand what I'm saying?

Can you even get preeclampsia at 19 weeks? I’ve never heard of it coming on that early

I would mention it to your midwife at your next appointment

You can get pre-eclampsia from as early as 20 weeks and I was honestly concerned like you were because from about weeks 19 up until week 27-28 I was getting regular headaches/migraines, especially on a night time and would have extreme light sensitivity. Always kept an eye on my blood pressure which was fine. I'm almost 33 weeks now and haven't have a headache in about 4 weeks I'd say (thank god), so I think it can just be down to hormones. Defo mention to midwife tho, and see if you can get a blood pressure machine (£20 in boots) xxx
