Hi, by my calculations I should be around 6 weeks pregnant. I tested twice just before I missed my period and there were faint positive lines on both of them.

I did a digital test yesterday because my mum wanted to know how many weeks I am just in case I did the calculations wrong and it came back negative. Can anyone tell me why that happened? All the tests I did were the same brand so it doesn't make sense.

I'm really starting to worry in case I was just seeing things on the first 2 tests even though my partner saw them too

Hi, how long was the gap between first two tests and the most recent one? Have you had any bleeding? You could always book an appointment with GP or nurse and they can test urine at the surgery. Good luck. X

I’d try another test not digital.

Just as a side note, those tests aren’t accurate for dating. They only go up to 3+ and some women never get past 2-3 weeks even though they have healthy pregnancies.

Hi, the gap between the first tests and the last one was about 2 weeks. I had some very light spotting during that time which lasted about a day or 2. I have an appointment on the 6th of February so hopefully I can find out what's going on xx

Hi, thank you for letting me know. I was panicking after I took the digital test and it said not pregnant. I'll try taking another (non digital) one x

If it’s been two weeks and it’s showing as negative it could be a chemical or you could have misread the original tests. You should have a very definitive positive now
