Duraphat 5000ppm when pregnant? Horrendously sensitive teeth

Just wondering if anyone has been prescribed this when pregnant. Dentist knows I’m pregnant obviously but conflicting advice online?

Yes I had it all the way through pregnancy. Just make shit you don't eat the tube!

Did you have an ok pregnancy? I’ve been using this toothpaste for over a year now but currently pregnant and didn’t know I shouldn’t use it until tonight now worried I’ve hurt baby 🤦‍♀️ we’re you ok?
