Strange discharge/wee

I'm nearly 9 weeks pregnant and when I wiped after wee today it was bright yellow on paper, nearly like fluorescent yellow marker 😐 never had that before, very weird. What could cause it, I'm on pregnancare but it has been a while and all was normal until now.

Hey, I sometimes had that on pregnancare vitamins no idea what it was. I chalked it up to the 1st/2nd wee after taking the vitamins if I hadn't really drank a lot to flush it out of system enough. 🤔
