Positive or?? Confused.

I had a medical termination with twins in November 2022 due to my health being at risk. This was devastating for me as we were are wanting another baby.

My period still hasn't returned and according to my flo app my period was due Monday just gone, I took a test last week as I was having lower right belly cramp, waking up in the middle of the night wide awake and tiredness over a few days I received 2 positives and 2 negatives. I did one last night and it was a faint positive but I'm not sure. I did a digital this morning and it's negative. All the other tests were first response. Technically my old cycle I'm only 2 days late now and flo says to take a test in 1 day 🤷‍♀️.

I have attached the photo from the test I took last night. I do have the other tests I did last week however the lines are darker now due to being over the processing time.

looks like a very faint positive! Test again in a couple of days with fmu and the line should be stronger

Thankyou! It's so hard for me to track when to test as my cycle problerly isn't the same as it was before my procedure and I haven't had a period since. I had my termination November, then I had to have surgery on the 19th December to remove some left over tissue.

I'll test again in a few days and get back to you.
