Hi everyone

Just wondered what anyone with GD packed as snacks to take to the hospital with them? Finding it really hard to find anything prepackaged to take!

So far have bought some protein bars but think they might still be a bit carby..

Forgot I made this thread! Some good ideas Thankyou 😊

What do you think about some mini sausage rolls or are they too carby?

Got some of the nairns oat biscuits and sugar free jelly's, also got some mini cheese things and some fridge raiders! The sugar free wherthers sound good, not seen them before will have to have a search!

I've planned to take oat cakes (from M&S), cheese and almonds for the first stage of labor at home (we are not allowed to eat at hospitals). I've packed plain coconut juice (with no pulp and no added sugar) for the latest stages of labour. And I've made myself myself some lactation cookies for afterwards 😊.
