Is this implantation bleeding or just spotting?

I was just wondering if this was spotting or implantation bleeding? My periods are usually very heavy but I have been under a lot of stress, however it has been the correct amount of days since intercourse for it to be considered implantation?

Hi guys can you help me out here? I'm not panicking, I'm concerned..is this implantation bleeding. It's been 3 days for this....but I really don't understand why am I constantly having light period blood every month?
