Help!! PUL Ectopic? Miscarriage? Too early?

Hi, hoping someone can advise as I’m going out of my mind!

from Thursday I have had 4 positive pregnancy tests. My LMP was 6th Dec but I have irregular cycles ranging from 33-48 days. Going from LMP this dates me nearly 7 weeks but I believe I ovulated around the 30th Dec.
Saturday evening I started spotting which turned into a light flow yesterday.
i went for a private early scan and the baby couldn’t be located. The sonographer said my endometrium was only measuring 5mm so would expect it to be thicker. I don’t have any pains and the bleeding nowhere near as heavy as my period but I’m so worried that this will be ectopic… I had a miscarriage at 17 weeks in March ( weakened cervix) so anxiety is through the roof.
i have a GP appointment this afternoon so I will request bloods and epu referral as they refused to see me over the weekend.

anyone experienced this and still had a successful pregnancy? Or should I just be prepared for the worst?

So sorry OP you're going through this. It can go either way and the gp should give you some answers answers based on your actual situation . I very much understand the anxiety. Best thoughts to you to have a positive outcome

Hi everyone, I'm new on here. Had my BFP on first day of my missed period, possibly night before, but very faint even on FRER which I found strange. Prior to my BFP I'd had constant persistent cramping on left. Saw my GP who tested my urine and gave me antibiotics for UTI but the cramping continued after bfp. Anyway finally got referred to EPU and had my scan today at 4 weeks. Diagnosed PUL. Back on Saturday for bloods again. Has anyone had a 4 week scan and what was the outcome? Strange thing was the sonogropher said I'd ovulated from the right ovary (How can they even tell?) , but my pain has been on the left? So confused!

Any advice, experiences or insight so very welcome!

Nellynoo86 sorry to hear you had to go through that. What has your outcome been, how are things now?

Unfortunately mine was an early miscarriage. I had HCG blood test to confirm and it was negative. I only had one day bleed.. I’m now on day 75 cycle still no sign of a period. It’s likely at 4 weeks nothing will be seen so the PUL may be nothing to worry about it could be just too early better chance of seeing something on scan at 6 weeks. Have they offered you another scan? If your bloods have more than doubled on Saturday that will be a good sign. I hope everything works out for you

Hi, would you mind sharing what happened? I am currently experiencing every single thing you've described including cramping on one side but ovulated from the other... diagnosed PUL today at 4+1. Hope it all worked out for you

are you in the Uk? as nothing can normally be seen on scan from 4 weeks, scans are recommended from 6 weeks to check location and FHR the week following.

@Lavenderrose92 yeah I'm in the U.K. I didn't really expect to see anything on the scan today (they said low chance) so HCG is being monitored now as I have a history of molar pregnancy which I believe increases the chances of ectopic. But might have to wait to find out
