Eptopic or trapped wind?

m 6+2 and last night I began to have waves of pain/cramp on my left side. Each time I got this wave I felt like I needed to pass wind which then relieved the pressure. This continued all through the night and so I was thinking the worst, being one sided pain I thought, oh no is this an eptopic?
First thing this morning I went to the loo and opened my bowels - was like I had eaten something bad. But since I’ve been I have had no pain at all.
Has anyone experienced this? I would put it down to a bad stomach but what concerns me is that the pain was just on one side.

I am also 4-5 weeks (not sure) and it's been on my mind so much as I have had sharp shooting pains on my left side - occasionally in the day.

I think this is a time anyone would be really sensitive to any twinge in their body as the next 6 weeks is so crucial! I've done a lot of reading and think that a lot of these pains are ligament pains?

Trying not to scare myself too much with doctor google but I am also experiencing lots of gas and a funny tummy. You're not alone! If worried defo give gp a call just to be safe! X
