Leg / bum cramp pain when I wake up

Hi all, currently 14 weeks and 6 days preggo and for the past week or so, most morning when I wake up my left bum cheek and left leg aches like I've just had cramp in it. I never wake up in night with the cramp just the aches afterwards. Sometimes the ache last all day but it's minor. I hate going to bed as I know ill be in pain following morning. Anyone else had similar?

@Amyp1234 maybe try some magnesium spray. Some girls in my NCT have had this throughout pregnancy and they were told to try mag spray because it's now really affecting their sleep - we are all much further along than you and one girl had had them for 4 months.
