Big panic. Please!

Hi.

I should be around 5 weeks and few days.

We are in Positano and I had to go down and up a loooot of stairs very quickly because of the rain. I felt like my heart was going out my chest. Very very cardio effort for me. I had a blighted ovum and 2 chemicals in the past. So j am very stressed. Could this cause miscarriage?

My first scan is on Monday

No no at all, that won't cause a miscarriage <3 I understand the stress. I had two missed miscarriages last year so know how hard it is to cope with being pregnant again.
