Rash on my hand help!!!

What is this? 😭 should I be panicking?
It appeared this afternoon and there’s some on my other hand too.
FYI I had my flu and whooping cough jabs yesterday.
Also been extremely cold today.

My hands did this too when I was pregnant… it was a combination of my hands being very try, chapped, cold and constant hand washing too!

Very dry*

It looks dry/chapped. You need lots of non perfumed hand cream, and make sure you dry your hands well. And wear gloves when outside.

As you’ve both suggested it’s dry and chapped I’ll try what @KangarooKenny suggested.

The hand cream I found worked the best was the ‘Aveeno relief for very dry hands’. It doesn’t leave the hands greasy and it doesn’t make them sting!

But it does get better when baby is here :) best of luck xxx
