Pregnancy anxiety

I am 4+2 weeks pregnant and so anxious! Have 2 children but lost 2 as well. I'm so paranoid about a chemical pregnancy, have so far had dark tests and a 2-3 on clear blue test. How do people try to help with their anxiety in early pregnancy? X

You just have to try to stay as distracted as possible. To be honest though the only thing that helped with my pregnancy anxiety was time, the further it got along the better I felt. I hope you get on OK.

The first 8 weeks are especially hard when you have suffered a previous loss.

My own anxiety is peaking regularly. Just remember that right now, you are pregnant. If that changes or it doesn't is not something you can predict. You can take good care of yourself, be kind to yourself and have hope.

I hope your little beam sticks x

I dont find most people on here are supportive they always seem to think of the worse when it comes to pregnancy... Just relax and stay positive

I’ve had 2 early losses too @flowers1988 and one living child. It’s so hard this time round (I’m around 9 weeks) but I’ve just taken it day by day and tried not to think about it. I’ve booked a private scan for Sunday as I know if it’s got a good heartbeat at this stage then there’s a much lower chance of miscarriage

I am probably going to sound like a broken record lol but i am 8 weeks pregnant getting barely noticable faint positive test went to do a scan and baby is healthy so far, so i wouldn't go by how strong ur positive test are to get reassurance, that is a myth imo

Thank you! It is just so hard after losses. One was a blighted ovum at 12 weeks and just so sacred of it happening again xx
