I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain on right side of my tummy quite low down. I could barely get up/out of bed to go to the loo. I eventually fell back to sleep, but I’ve had the pain all day today. It’s a lot worse when moving, I’m struggling to even walk, get changed etc , when I sneeze or cough it’s so painful. When laying still on the sofa it does go off a bit until I move in anyway.
I called the MAU and she said it’s probably round ligament pain but on the NHS website it says it last a few minutes and should go when changing position. It definitely hasn’t gone and paracetamol isn’t touching the sides either.
Anyone who has experienced round ligament pain does it sound similar to what I’ve got? I don’t want to be dramatic and call back but also a bit worried.
