High Risk Monitoring - Expectations

Hoping others might have some advice here. I got placed on the high risk pathway at my booking in appointment due to a massive subserosal fibroid, a previous hysteroscopy to have a submucosal fibroid removed and this being an IVF pregnancy. I had my first consultant appointment two weeks ago at 16 weeks and I was really unhappy with the care I was given - he didn't have any of my notes/scan reports with him (claimed they weren't on the system) and it was down to me to explain why I was there. Ever since then I've been increasingly anxious that I might not be getting the right treatment/care and I've been thinking about going private. I've also thought about putting in a complaint with PALS but I'm a bit worried about being negatively labelled by the trust. Just wondering if anyone else out there has had similar experiences and how those were handled. Don't really want to take any risks with my baby but equally aware that private births have also gone wrong.
