12dpo symptoms/testing

Just looking for some thoughts/opinions/experiences please ☺️ I'm currently 12dpo, I had browny pink spotting on 5dpo. I've been having sore boobs (especially nipples), headaches, back pain, cramping, fatigue and some mood nausea. Did a pregnancy test yesterday which was a BFN, has anyone had a BFP in similar circumstances? I have long cycles 33-39 days so I guess maybe I'm a bit early? Thanks in advance

Hi my cycles are around 30days and I got a faint positive and clear blue BFP 12 dpo. So maybe try testing in a few days.
I had all the symptoms except nausea and I am now 7weeks.
