Hi everyone,
I had an ultrasound today (normal and transvaginal) and a heartbeat was unable to be found using both methods.
I should be 8-9 weeks based on my Beta HCG results (blood test taken 12/12/22) and results at the time were 3-4 weeks.
have had no symptoms of pregnancy through out the weeks which isn’t unusual for me (3 other pregnancies which all 3 have result in live births)
48 hours ago I spotted pink spotting/discharge that was the only time until 24 hours after, it was then a small amount of bright red spotting/ discharge. ( put a pad on but hasn’t even gone on it)
today it was been brown discharge.
I haven’t had any cramping more like round ligament pain in the hip, and now after the transvaginal ultrasound slight back pain.
Dr got me in for an urgent ultrasound which as mentioned I have had today where they used both method and they were unable to detect a heart beat. Baby was measuring at 7+5 weeks and looked like a little jelly baby (little round head and round body)
have been referred off to the hospital tomorrow for bloods and rescanning to see if I want to wait 10 days to see what happens or if a heartbeat can be found.
has anyone not had a heartbeat with a baby measuring 7weeks and gone on for it to be found 10 days later?
