This is my first pregnancy and looking for advice on how to approach the situation. I notified HR of my due date and mat leave start (along with MATB1) 25 days ago. They said they will be in touch for a meeting to talk through policy and cover questions etc but I’ve not heard back yet and neither have I had my mat leave officially confirmed. As the 28-day response mark is approaching, should I follow up now or give it more time? Mat leave due to start mid-April. Thank you!
