We are going abroad when baby will be 12 weeks old. I don’t fancy taking our proper pram. Any suggestions for one that’s suitable for a baby so young? My eldest was 8mo when we first went away and had a simple joie stroller but not really good enough for newborns.

Don’t want to spend mega amounts. Currently got my eye on the joie tourist.

Thanks :)

You can get a “yo-yo” but they’re super expensive. There’s cheaper versions like the silver cross compact travel. Have a little googled they all fold up really small with a carry strap. We’ve travelled the world with a copy cat version of the yo-yo that we brought in India. ((Our little one is 5 now) You can order them from wish / AliExpress too. But at 12 weeks little one will not be sitting up unaided I doubt. They’ll slop to the side! So you’ll need something with support. I would take a baby carrier (get used to it before you travel) and I would take a more sturdy travel buggy that’ll support baby. I’ll try and find you an example xx

I don’t know about the joie but both of mine were in the yoyo from birth, same for most other babies I know, it’s easily the most popular stroller around my area! You could always try to get a second hand frame and buy a new fabric pack to keep the cost down?

Wouldn’t be without my yo-yo

Yo yo all the way. We bought as a second pram but now use it most of the time!!

I think some of the ickle bubba ones can be used from birth. They’re pretty reasonably priced and ours lasted ages.
