I'm 39w5d and have been harvesting quite a lot of colostrum for the past few weeks. Just recently I've been having a sharp, shooting pain in one of my boobs and wondering if that's always a sign of thrush? Not sure even where to ask advice for this as gp is always booked up and pharmacist didn't seem to know, just sold me some antifungal cream. I haven't used it yet as I don't have any other symptoms other than the sharp pain. Anyone else had this in pregnancy?
