Faint line and late period, line has now gone

So I got a faint line last Sunday on 2 strip tests. It was 100% there. I then tested a couple of days later and it had gone, every test since has been negative. I am now a good few days late on my period, I usually come on at 28 days, it's now day 33 and I'm getting blood-tinged discharge and have constant very painful cramping. Has anyone experienced this? I feel very emotional about it!

@littlemissmummyof3 if you had positive tests and now negative and starting to spot then I would think you’re having a chemical pregnancy. I’m really sorry 😞. I’ve had 2 and I had very clear positives both times at 14dpo but a few days later they were very very faint then a few days after that I started to spot which the following day turned into full bleeding so if I hadn’t taken pregnancy tests I would have just thought my period was a week late.
