20 weeks, very hormonal and need some perspective.

Oh I'm just an emotional wreck!

Almost 20wk with #2. Been ok up til now but the last few weeks I am struggling with my DH. He doesn't want sex - same happened with #1 - it weirds him out and tbh I don't really want to either and I know normal service will resume post baby but I'm really taking it to heart and feeling absolutely repulsive right now.

He just can't do right for doing wrong and I KNOW I'm just hormonal.

Anyone else feeling particularly unreasonable during pregnancy? I just want to be alone and cry and I'm NEVER like this! 😢

Almost 20 weeks with my second as well and feeling the same! I've broken down sobbing twice in the past couple of weeks over pretty minor things. Cried myself to exhaustion both times, it was horrible. Felt myself going yesterday but just managed to hold it together. I'm not a crier usually so this is v unlike me. Afterwards, I just try and be gentle on myself and remember that my body is going through a lot right now.

If you and your husband aren't having sex, are you still being affectionate – kisses, cuddles etc? That might help.

@almondbutter23 hope you are ok, sorry to hear you're in the same boat.

It's difficult as I'm moody which pushes DH away but the further away he is the more upset I feel.
I also think until he sees a very visible bump he does not really think about me being pregnant and I'm just feeling pretty underappreciated. He's very distracted with his hobbies at the moment.

I probably need to chat to him but you know when you can't determine if it's your hormones or if you're justified?

Fair play to you. I'm nearly 20 weeks and couldn't be arsed with sex right now.
