Hi everyone I have 34 weeks 3 days I had a mid wife appointment this morning. I have health anxiety total white cost syndrome
My blood pressure at booking 120/84
And it's been between that and 135 since went today and it was 155/90 then it came down to 138/88 she wasn't overly concerned but I've to do it twice a week at home and put it in my notes and then I'm back in fortnight to be checked again. I have a machine at home and it's still high in so stressed because I'm so scared about PE and I'm guessing that's why it's still highish maybe. I have no protein or swelling but that appointment today has scared me a lot. Anyone had similar experiences.

I was admitted after having blood pressure of 144/100 at my 25 week appointment. Got as high as 155/120. I was put on medication and get checked weekly at hospital, no instructions to test at home. As long as it stays under 135/90 they are happy for thibgs to stay as they are. Im 31 weeks atm.

They have found protein in my urine multiple times but when sent off nothing comes back

Try not to worry they gave guidance to follow and they haven't even medicated you

Thank you so much for your reply this is my first baby to so I'm stressed over every little thing so that definitely won't be helping me.

I understand. This is my second, my first was low risk and had zero issues. With this one it seems to be one thing after another, feels like i am collecting conditions 🤣

I started to get high blood pressure around the same time as you, it was monitored every 2 weeks and I had him at 38 weeks. BP didn't go down so ended up on tablets for 8 weeks post baby. All good now
