Pregnancy straight after miscarriage?

Hi, I had a missed miscarriage beginning of Dec, opted for medical management and had been brown spotting since for about 4weeks. Test was showing a pretty strong positive until just after week 4 when it started to fade. Its only been 5weeks now, I done a test 4nights ago and it was negative. The first negative test I have had. Took another test yesterday and there was a faint positive line and the same again today. I havnt contacted doctor yet, has anyone fallen pregnant straight away after miscarraige? Im aware its maybe just left over pregnancy hormones, just hopeful since I have had a definite negative and back to positive 4days later.

@Summer2424 thank you for the reply, congratulations on the birth of your baby! I haven't had a period yet. I know its best to wait till you do before TTC again, I really just wanted/want to be pregnant again.

It is possible to fall pregnant immediately after a miscarriage before a period, this happened to me last year. I had a miscarriage and then I had a positive HPT with a new pregnancy exactly 5 weeks after my miscarriage started.

I think you need to contact your GP or EPAU. Or any contact number you have for where you accessed care for your missed miscarriage. They can take bloods to check what your HCG levels are doing if things are uncertain.

Hi was you pregnant? I've just had a positive test 3.5 weeks after mc
Also had negative pregnancy tests before this positive one

@Bubblemachiene hi, sorry this is mw just seeing your message. Unfortunately no, I wasn't pregnant. Turns out some pregnancy tissue was stuck and I had to have it surgically removed. I hope you have a better outcome.
