I’m filling in my maternity forms soon. I’m currently thinking of working until I’m 38 weeks (obviously on the basis that baby isn’t here by then)

I work at a desk job that I drive 30-40 mins to and from

When did you finish work?

Annual leave from 38 weeks, mat leave started on my due date, she didn't arrive until 41+6 😩I was fed up! I didn't really want to work much longer but I was definitely sooo bored and ready by the due date so it didn't end up being that relaxing tbh

I carried on working until the day I gave birth. I went in to Labour at exactly 39 weeks. But to be honest I was completely shattered by 35 weeks and wish I'd stopped working then. I am self employed so wanted to carry on as long as possible but I was exhausted, aching. Tired all the time.
If I have another I'll definitely finish work sooner.

I stopped about 5 days before my due date and he came on his due date. Was a job where I was stood up all day it was so hard towards the end.
