Maternity leave - what do you think?

Hi all, just having a look at my employee handbook. I have attached a picture of what it says. If I found out I was pregnant and had been with the company for say a year and a half, would this mean I would be entitled to the 8 weeks full pay and then 18 weeks at half pay as I would’ve been employed with the company for 2 years and 3 months before going on mat leave?

Hi @bramble1998 you picture hasn't posted. Are you a new user? You can't upload pictures for a short period of time after you sign up to the site.
