Hamstring issues at 24 weeks?

Hi,
I am 24 weeks and had been enjoying a pretty active pregnancy (easy runs/indoor bike, gym, yoga) until last few weeks. I developed SPD so saw a women's health physio and stopped all exercise other than walking and the pelvis exercises/stretches. I also spent a lot of time sitting (resting) and on long car journeys during this time. SPD settled somewhat after 3 weeks but I now have very sore hamstrings - achey to sit on, after walking a short distance, and when I went on elliptical/exercise bike. Anyone else experienced sore hamstrings? It feels more achey than just tight.

I am concerned with all the sitting and stretching I have developed a tendinopathy. I understand pregnant women are more susceptible to tendon injuries. I saw a physio and they put it down to a pregnancy thing and my tight back, advised to continue with my activities... but feel a bit fobbed off, don't want to make it worse. Would welcome any comments or advice on similar experiences etc.
