Is anyone else struggling with this? I've slept 2 hours total last night and completely given up now. I'm wiped I've tried everything, soothing chamomile tea, lavender, bath before bed, no screen time before bed. I went to bed at 10pm last night and managed 2-4am that's it. I can feel the migraine building. I've got little children at home so a nap is out of the question. So exhausted I'm only 12 weeks. Has anything worked for anyone?
