Hey guys!
Im a first time mummy , due in August this year, very excited!
I work as a redhead and absolutely love my
job, just having a look through my contract before I tell them and wondering if anyone can help me with their pay scheme?

Im aware they maternity pay is quite low through the government scheme - around £600 a month?
However my company says in weeks 7-18 they pay 60% of my wages including the maternity pay so does that mean they’ll just up the maternity pay until it meets 60% of my pay?

( I have been there long enough and passed probation )
sorry if this is confusing!

Yes they will top it up to the value of 60% of your pay

I agree with the PP.

But have to ask what a job as a redhead involves? If it's a typo I couldn't work out what it should be!
