Weight Loss in pregnancy

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and really suffered with sickness up until about 2-3 weeks ago where I finally found a anti sickness that worked for me. I'm now only sick mornings and late at night and no food comes up, just bile.

I was overweight when I got pregnant and I'm eating three meals a day and snacking on things like biscuits or crisps throughout the day too (I know this isn't good)

My question is, is it normal to still be losing weight despite definitely eating more than enough?

With DD I had gained about 7lbs already by 14 weeks whereas this week alone I've lost 3lbs and I lost 3.5lbs last week

I had hyperemesis and weighed less at 9 months pregnant than I did when I found out I was pregnant. Very normal and hope this puts your mind at ease :)

At this stage in pregnancy you shouldn't really be gaining any weight so I think aiming for a stable weight is OK,
Can you swap the biscuits and crisps for something more nutritious?

Thanks ladies, I posted this back in January, I'm 25 weeks now and still either maintaining or losing about 1lb each week

Like I said in the OP I know it isn't good!
