My bump has been aching (similar period pains but feels more across the whole lower half of my belly) since I got out of bed this morning - close to being painful at times (when sitting and moving) and feels super stretched. My back is also aching a lot. Could this be the start of labour or just part of later stages of pregnancy.

I don’t think I have any other symptoms, just super tired (although I have been sleeping terribly). Baby was moving lots more than usual yesterday, back to normal today.

The start of my first labour sounded like this, but it could just be everything stretching
