Low lying anterior placenta

Just looking for experiences of those who know how much your placenta ended up moving.
At my 20 week scan it was 7mm from cervix
I have a rescan at 32 weeks beginning of Feb. Those who had a low lying placenta do you know how many mm yours moved by 32 weeks?

My placenta is low as well but I'm not sure how low. I got my 20 week scan at 19 weeks and they are scanning me again at 29 weeks. I'm currently 24 weeks. I would like a bit more information too! I'm a FTM and I'm a bit anxious! How r you feeling?

hello, mine was covering cervix at 16 weeks and at 20 weeks had moved safely out of the way (which I believe is >3cm, but I could be mistaken) so I think it can move quite quickly x

Also in a similar situation at my 20wk scan last week. I'm back start of March for rescan. Sonographer was reassuring and said most do move however there is obviously a small risk it won't.

My 20 week scan was anterior and slightly covering the cervix (no gap). I’m currently 22 weeks, I don’t have a rescan until 32 weeks.

My placenta was anterior and low lying (6mm from cervix) at 20 week scan. It had moved to 19mm from cervix by 26 weeks, and was safely out the way by 32 weeks - over 5cm clear by 36 weeks. I was told they almost always move by the time you get to full term, so hopefully will be the case for all of you x
