Hi everyone - I'm currently 7w+3 and have had a tricky first few weeks, however a positive scan today means I'm finally allowing myself to believe that this pregnancy could work out!

I'm now thinking about exercise during pregnancy - I was a runner but fell out of my routine in November when I started IVF and never got back in.

I'm looking for recommendations for apps, videos etc. that would help me achieve the following:

Work out for 30 minutes x 4-5 times a week
Strengthen and tone muscles (safely)
Full-body workout (or alternating areas)
Ideally Pilates or similar type of workout

I'd be really grateful to hear any suggestions and recommendations - many thanks!

The pregnancy and postpartum TV channel on YouTube

I didn't even know there was such a thing - thank you, @Liveafr!

Look up Club Five - they are not pregnancy specific, but lots of low impact / cardio / HIIT / Weight workouts x

Thanks, @Ldougal92!

I like the fiton app. It has a pregnancy section with different types of exercise in it but a lot of the non-pregnancy sections (yoga, low impact, pilates etc) could also be suitable. It's free and I enjoy that you can choose the duration of the session and stack them too.

That sounds ideal, @lookslikeabombhitit - choosing the duration etc. would be perfect for days when you want to do something but maybe not too much Grin
