Is this round ligament pain? I didn't have this with the previous 2 babies but it's driving me nuts now. I'm so achey, I can be ok all day and then it's hit me and it just hurts and feels like a period ache or I wake with it.

Anything I can do apart from paracetamol? I just bought a pregnancy pillow as I can't get to sleep at night as it hurts so much.

Sounds like it. And possibly SPD as well? Have a look up of SPD and try some of the techniques. There are lots of things you can try to help the pain like avoiding standing on one leg getting dressed, avoiding carrying and lifting, sleeping with pillow between knees etc. Getting a referral to a women’s health physio may really help. They can give you advice, exercises and possible a pelvic belt and crutches as indicated.
