Hey ladies, I have my first scan next weekend, I’ll be just over 10 weeks. I have terrible scan anxiety, I booked it weeks ago purely because it was a long time away and now it’s come round really fast! I’m obviously really excited to see baby but I just don’t know how I’m going to force myself in that scan room again after what happened last time.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get through the next week and actually get myself in the scan room? Or anyone else in the same boat as me so I don’t feel alone for almost dreading my first scan🫣
