Sorry if I sound pathetic. I am really struggling and not sure I can cope much more, since the day before my period (approx 4w+2) I've been suffering with terrible nausea. Its ramped up recently, but I'm finding the most difficult symptom is constant headaches.

I'm not getting any relief, they occur every hour of the day, from the moment I wake up. I've tried keeping up my water intake, checking my blood pressure, having a small can of coca cola, cold / warm compress, sitting in the shower and the 4head stick. I can't take tablets at the moment so also tried some melt in the mouth medicine but that hasn't worked either.

Is there anything I can do just to get some relief? Is this going to end soon?? I'm desperate. I go back to work full time tomorrow and my job cannot be done from home. Just want to be able to function, I haven't been able to leave the bed most days.

Have you talked to your doctor about the headaches, I know headaches are common in pregnancy but not sure about them being constant. They may be able to give you something for nausea also. Sorry your feeling so awful, the first trimester is the worst it will get better. As for work I'd call in sick.
