Hiya,
I'm 12 weeks pregnant, I've always carried fine with little pain around my bump in other pregnancies but my youngest was an emergency section and I don't think I've managed to get my core back properly (it's over 2 years since my section). Has anyone had physio or anything during pregnancy? I can't cough or sneeze without awful muscle pain at the moment.
Does anyone have any tips? I'm worried that this is just going to get worse.
