When to stop taking progesterone pessaries

Just looking for some advice, after 3 miscarriages I was put on progesterone pessaries. I didn’t want to stop taking them as I’ve heard people have losses later on from week cervics etc just thought if they aren’t doing any harm I should keep taking them. I’m now 29 weeks and not sure when to stop? Please if anyone has any experiences or advice would be really helpful.

I was told to stop at 13 or 14 weeks, when the placenta has fully taken over (I think it does before this.....). Surely if there was a problem with your cervix it would have been identified on your scans? Mine was measured at every scan.
