Hi!
I am currently 20 weeks pregnant, I have had two weeks of sick during the weeks where my average earnings are calculated for my 90% pay for 6 weeks. I am paid full pay for the two weeks I have been off sick so my wage is no different to usual. Will this have any impact on my average earnings. I can’t see how it will as I haven’t earth anything less but I’m wondering if it’s different if it’s classed as sick. Panicking!
