I got use of an old thread of women posting their experiences of implantation pain (those early days when you obsessively search anything related to early pregnancy signs) so I wanted to give back and share my I confirmed with a 12 week ultrasound my due date and it lines up perfectly with my own records. My due date is 07.07.23, which means the beginning of was 01.10. Since gestation begins two weeks before ovulation, conception was at 15.10. On the 18th I noted abdominal cramps (like the strongest period cramps I have ever had) and the next night I was laying in bed and noticed everytime I breathe out, it hurt in my abdomen more. I took a couple deep, slow breaths out and then I felt a painful pop in my lower right abdomen that made me yell audibly. I have had scares of appendicitis in the past, so my husband drove me in the middle of the night to the ER, only to be told to go home because I had no fever. This would have been 4dpo. So that's the story ladies! Make of it what you will!
